“Very disapointing. Paid extra for the larger bunch of flowers... all in all about 10 stems doesn’t even fill a standard vase! Some of flowers have died within 2 days of receiving the flowers. Very unimpressed -”

“I have already been in contact with you to say how disappointed my sister was with this bouquet. After 3 days the blue flowers were wilting and the cream roses were turning brown and after paying £50 for my sister`s special birthday gift she felt she had to tell me about this. I have been asked to send images of this but my sister is not very well so I can`t ask her to do this but she has a lot of knowledge about flowers and I feel very upset that she was so disappointed with them.
