“Oh dear, very sorry to say the roses only lasted 2 days. Delivery was accepted for next day delivery and did not arrive until the day after. My mother was pleased with the thought though....”

“Flowers arrived wilted as delivery instructions were not followed, no attempt at delivery, just a card through the letterbox and the flowers ended up at the post office for a few days. Contacted customer service on chat who were no help as they wanted a photo as proof. These flowers were a birthday gift, so I didn’t want to hassle the recipient for photos etc. Only offered £10 back on a £40 bouquet! Wasted money, and also the embarrassment and inconvenience to myself. I would not order from this company again.”

“The flowers were beautiful!My sister in-law was lucky to get them,she saw the Yodel delivery driver who,never rang the intercom, he put a card through letter box to say they were in a safe place,he left them on a Main Street and drove away,customer watched him which was just as well and rushed to get them.Hopefully if I use Appleyard this year I won’t have to worry about receiving a gift delivery!”

“Beautiful fresh flowers. Paid extra for a grande bouquet. However, there was nothing grande about the size and I was disappointed as the bouquet was small and not worth the price paid.”
