“It was very disappointing as the majority of flowers delivered were dead and nothing was salvageable. Fortunately the recipient immediately sent me some photos so I was able to get in touch with customer services straightaway. I didn't accept the notice in the automated response that they would deal with my query in a few days so emailed again which did receive a swift response. Appleyard eventually sent a replacement bouquet which, although not the one I ordered, was fabulous. However, it ruined the surprise for the recipient and obviously it arrived later than intended.”

“My flower order this time was a Just Because surprise for my daughter who lives in London we live in Toronto. I have used Appleyard a few times now and everytime the recipients have been blown away by them, I dont look anywhere else anymore, I need flowers I go straight to Appleyard. I know they are going to look amazing with a good balance of flowers. Thanks again for excellent customer service easy to use website and the ability to keep track on your order.”
