Now collection. Bus driver great. Whilst away cleaner at hotel threw my ticket away. So had ap open with bar code etc understand only protecting vehicles. Asked for id. The. Started serving someone else which understand. As a few got off the bus. Stepped out of queue as didn’t want hold them up. As I’m polite. Get back to attendant. Only to be ridiculed why I’d stepped out of line. I explained but made to feel up to no good. Being sneaky. Disappointing. Such a shame. Unfortunately will look elsewhere in future.
Huge well done to the staff which dropped off with. Couldn’t fault. They were 10:10.

“Have used APH for many years but, unfortunately this year we were very disappointed with the hotel drop off. We have always been dropped at a hotel the night before our flight. Sadly this time the driver informed us we had to be dropped at a terminal and make our way back to our hotel. On our return we questioned this and were told that they drop at various hotels which could be a 5 min walk away. This is not ideal for 2 pensioners with cases! The gentleman we spoke to at your office was unable to provide a list of hotels you drop at so we will be seriously considering our choice for next time parking options.”
“The team were very helpful, the arrival process is very easy, parked up at reception, coach waiting, return was just as efficient, will use again. Much easier than searching a car park on return, car waiting at reception and straight off home.”
