“The girl on reception when we checked in was frankly unhelpful bordering on rude. We told her we'd been held up in traffic and we're 15 mins from missing our connection and asked her could anything be done, "can't help" Totally not empathetic in any way, you'll have to wait around 15 mins for the next bus and that'll be around 15 mins to the airport. She smiled and seemed to gloat over our situation. I booked an Uber and made the flight with 10 mins to spare.
On the return flight the bus driver was helpful and friendly. Think the bus driver and receptionist need to trade places.”
“Good service going outward from car drop-off to airport but we waited 30mins at airport for bus pickup on our return to the UK at around 845pm which was disappointing. Quick car collection once back at the car park.”
