“Fine going out. Staff smiling and joking with customers, and driver helped us with offloading bags at airport. However, early hours shift completely different ! Driver just sat in his seat and watched as we all offloaded our cases in the rain. Then met by surly staff at desk. Maybe if they were made aware of the long and tiring journeys holidaymakers endure after connections between ferry and four hours on plane with kids crying, they might just try and smile - that's all it takes ! We've been with APH for 13yrs at Manchester and a few years at Gatwick, and this wasn't the best experience.”

“Great service, easy to understand all instructions. Would be great if there was an ETA which could be text out to individuals to let them know when to expect the bus to arrive, but overall really good. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful.”
