Service was fine as usual. We stayed at the Tribe Hotel on on the airport, booked by APH. Hotel is good but quite difficult to find due to the ongoing building work.
One issue was that the advert on the APH booking site for the Tribe hotel indicated the price included breakfast which was the reason we decided to try the Tribe hotel. However, the paperwork e-mailed from APH did not confirm this and Tribe refused to honour free breakfast. Do you know how the booking pages with hotel options indicated free breakfast at Tribe which was not confirmed in the paperwork and therefore, not honoured?”
