“We have always used APH Manchester and found them very good, but this time they did not meet what the standards they advertise. It took us just over 1 hour to get from home to APH car park - approx 60 miles, it took us 50 minutes to get from APH car park to the airport- 5 miles! We were sat in the bus just short of 30 minutes before it decided to move, we were then the last terminal to be dropped off, I did take a photograph of us getting off to show the time. We had booked into the VIP lounge and only just managed to check in 5 minutes before they would have let our places go, certainly not a quick transfer! On our return, our car was parked so close to the cars at either side that we had to pull forward to enable us to get our luggage in. Would certainly think twice before booking again, it certainly has dropped its standards.”
