“The bus journey from the car park to the terminal took forever. There were fewer buses running due to staff shortages so they weren’t running as regularly hence we were squashed in which made it very difficult to dismount at our stop especially as people getting on at the same stop were impatient.”
“Good service but car park areas need to be better signposted and a reminder given to note not only the bus stop but the area so you can easily find your car at 2am. Also bus on return said Jetparks on front with no mention of Long stay which led to confusion and caused some people to miss the bus.”
“Easy booking process, slight discount on the standard fee. Car park close to the M11 which was convenient. Did not have to wait too long for the bus etc.”
