“Transfer time from the AirPort back to bus stop terrible, driver speaker did not work, no one could hear the bus stop number, display did not work, it was dark, it took 45 min to get from the airport to the car, horrible service”
“Arriving at the gates was simple and our car was recognised. Found space and made way to bus stop. Luckily bus was waiting and we set off to the terminal. Excellent. However on our return we joined a long queue for the return shuttle bus to the carpark. As we waited for the bus the queue got longer, snaking four times on its self. The buses weren't every 15 minutes nor was there sufficient numbers of buses. We eventually got going after an hour with a cheer from the crowd. Was not impressed.”
“Camera recognition worked excellently on arrival and found parking space with ease. Shuttle bus to airport smooth and effortless. On our arrival back in UK (midnight) only had to wait couple of mins for bus to arrive, driver was very clear in announcing what car park stop he was arriving at next. All in all, cannot fault this service”
