“No real problems, car park was fine, although the Sat nav address given was incorrect, therefore was a little confused when I arrived if I was in the correct car park as it also signposted for jetparks. Coach transfer to the terminal was no problem though, would probably use APH again in the future.”
“Parking was good when we knew where we were parking as it didn’t state in the email or on the ticket, we found someone who told us where we could park then it was all easy”
“Usually no problems but on this occasion they had barriers which were not opening -, nobody answering the the intercom at the barrier, cars turning away in frustration.
We went to the building at the entrance , all doors locked , call the number of the booking form -no reply .
Returned to barrier and after 5 minutes finally someone answered , needed to go through all the booking details before barrier finally opened - and directed us to car park A .
No spaces and after driving round for 15 minutes went into car park B where we finally found a space ( by this time we were nearing the check in cut off time at the airport) managed to get booked in ok
but it was close.
Returning after midnight bus was waiting and transfer to car park good.
Arriving at the barrier ( which did not open ) after a lonhg delay someone finally answered the intercom and it took another 10 munites to supply ally the booking details again and the barrier finally lifted .
All previous occasions were seamless - not this time though.
