I booked my parking through APH as a service from Vodafone. There seems to be an issue with registration of the vehicle as I had to call services to open the gate. Upon my departure at 1am, they gate did not open and the ticket wanted to charge me £300.00 for a paid service.
Not great, after calling the help line, they kindly let me through but it’s not a great service if you having to double check on your booking.”
“We were disappointed as on the way back the bus did not go to the closest parking area where we were but went to the longest away then jet parks which was cheaper and then finally C B & A on the way out! As a result we were in the car parks for 40 minutes before reaching our stop! Was a waste of money we could have parked for cheaper.”
“Great service with plenty of buses and friendly, helpful drivers. The only thing that could be improved would be better signposting when leaving the car park as to which lane is for those that have pre paid. Would use again.”
“We arrived about 5am in the morning and waited about 40 minutes for the bus to the terminal. A few buses passed us as they were full up so it seems they cannot cope with the demand.
Ok the return journey we were the last stop and it took about 25 minutes from the airport to collect the car plus a 15 minute wait for the bus. Not as efficient as some companies.”
