Car park was easy to find with plenty of parking available and was secure, maybe have a few more cameras, as i didn't see many.
No hassle what so ever, will definitely use again.”
“Going from the car park to the airport was fine with regular busses running, however on our return we waited 45 minutes for a bus to turn up with an extremely rude driver who had clearly been on a unplanned break as a 2nd bus turned up before we left.”
“Shocking service! Waited over an hour for a bus arriving back on Saturday 27/8. Two hours to get to our car from landing at Stansted. No answer when calling the car park or the customer service numbers. Have used APH for all our airport parking previously but would be loathed to use them again”

“First of all we couldn’t get in the car park. We had to ring for assistance and they had to produce the ticket. Not sure why our barcode wouldn’t scan. When we landed we had to wait 38 minutes for a bus and then everyone was pushing and it got rather scary. I had a toddler in a pushchair and no one was bother about pushing in front and people were rather rude. We finally got on a bus. I certainly won’t be using the service again.”
“Very confusing finding the appropriate zones that were open. It felt like a maze, having to drive round a couple times before finding a zone with an open bus stop,and there were not many spaces available. On the way back the bus was absolutely packed. We were squashed against the walls, and had to wait until the bus went through the Jet car parks too before our stop.”
