“Parking was easy and we immediately got a bus a to the terminal. The pick from the airport was also quite quick. The only downside was that due to the car parks being very large, it took a lot longer than the estimated 10 minutes from the airport to our stop. We happened to be the second to last stop so we were probably on the bus over 30 minutes in total. Usually wouldn’t be a big issue but as we had such a late flight I would probably have chosen meet and greet if I had known in advance the potential transfer time.”
“We parked up where we was told ,walked to the nearest bus stop waited for 45mins 2 busses went passed and didn't stop because they was full ,we decided to walk over the otherside to finally get picked up.”
“Very large car park so take a note of bus stop number. No issues parking and finding car on return. Made a mistake on my initial booking through APH and everything was automated I couldn’t change the arrival time. So a bit of stress the day before trying to get through to someone to deal. Eventually I got a response through email just in time.”
“Shocking service says every 15 minutes we waited 40 minutes in the rain with the children buses kept driving passed and not stopping. Once on the bus it took 25 minutes to get to the terminal but says 10 minutes”
