“Very smooth process and buses attended regular for pick up to terminal. Very important to remember your bus stop number which the driver tells you enroute to the terminal as you will need this for your return to your car!”
“Sorry guys, but this has to be the worst long stay I’ve been to! The buses to and from the airport seem to be infrequent, and the queues both ways were massive - we didn’t get into the first bus once, and had to wait around in the freezing cold at 4am in the morning for the best part of 45-minutes for another to turn up. Your service at Gatwick has always been amazing - but this was way different.
I guess there isn’t much choice, and maybe there was a staff shortage or something? But for £140 for a parking space i would have thought a few more buses could be put on?
Anyway, lesson learned - will try and stick to APH at Gatwick in future.”
“Very easy to find spot on for leaving your car for a couple of weeks. Make sure you book well in advance otherwise the price is quite high or the car park fully booked.”
“The parking element is fine, I’m sure the vehicles are secure.
The down side is the lack of buses to collect passengers from the airport to take them back to the car parks.
It was a shambles at the bus stop, not blaming your service for peoples rudeness and lack of empathy for anyone else on the mile long queue. However if buses did actually run every 15 minutes people would have been less disgruntled and people would not have pushed other people including those holding babies in their arms out of the way.”

“The only I gave 3 stars just because we had horrible experience with the bus driver who was very rude even though we were with two small kids, pram and languages… yes, our mistake that we jumped in to the wrong but at the airport after landing, but it was clearly written ‘Long Stay’ ok…
Usually, the bus driver asks where we’re going. I never had an issues with other park companies… ok.. We just arrived to our car park and he has passed our entrance and drove to the JetPark which is fair enough.. When I questioned him, the driver looked very stressed(understand I am not the only one)… One my question how to get back to my Long stay car park he said we must take the next bus to the airport first, than wait for our correct bus.. believe, what an idiot sorry.. I was shocked even he knew it’s the same areas just different exits. Just because we were for the first time, we had no clue..
So, I phoned the customer service and a lovely lady navigate me straight away. Basically, the same area but a bit far back.. but imagine after long flight with two kids, pram, languages at 7am..”
