“Absolute doddle to use and not expensive. No half-wit taking your keys and doing doughnuts round the carpark and leaving your seat in a different position either!”
“We were not informed in advance nor have any notice that some of the parking areas were closed. The shuttle buses do not service these closed parking areas and bus stops. We ended up walking in the heavy rain to find where the shuttle bus actually stops. This includes collecting the car were we originally parked and driving it near the open bus stop. This is not a good start of our travel and this the last thing we want to happen.”

“Convenient parking. Need to be careful on bus as loads of twists and turns! Bus stops need better signage. We alighted at the correct stop which covered 2 different parks. We trawled around the wrong one!”
“The parking facilities were fine though not very well signpost as we ended up parking in the wrong place initially and was told by staff it happens multiple times daily which clearly means there is an issue to be addressed if this is a frequent occurrence! Happy that the barrier opened with no issues both on arrival and departure thought the bus frequency for collecting to drop to the airport and return were poor and in frequent considering it was a Saturday and there were large queues to get on the bus both ways!”
