“I think that overall the Stansted airport long stay car park was ok, but the quality of the shuttle service should be improved. On my way back the bus was extremely packed and the driver was quite rude.”
“Not an easy parking experience, directed to wrong car park by entry gate when the NPR wouldn’t recognise our vehicle and there was no bus pickup there, so spent half an hour walking the roads to find a bus stop in a different area on the route. On our return also waited more than half an hour for a shuttle bus.”
“Very well sign posted to park. When picked up as a first time user it would be helpful to announce once on the bus that there are screens that will show the stop and how the system worked. As my bus was very full it was not easily self explanetory”
