“2 reasons I was unhappy with this service.
1. I had to go abroad for a medical procedure. Initially I anticipated this could take about 10 days so I set parking for this time. However I enquired about the possibility of staying longer or returning earlier via email and asked if there was a way to book any additional days, which i wouldn't know until the end of the time frame of my procedure due to recovery time... I was told that I would incur additional charges and that no further bookings could be made.
2. The long stay bus said it would arrive every 15 minutes. However nothing had arrived for 40 minutes”
“The long stay car park is very good but we did have quite a long walk to get the bus back to the car park on our return, I think this was possibly due to maintenance work.”
“was the worse experience ever at Stansted - I got there and the gate will not open for me. I finally got to the parking and on my return the gate will not open - when i put the parking ticket in, says i have to pay £200 when i have already pre-paid for the packing. Had to get someone on the phone for open the gate after waiting almost 25 mins. This is the last thing i needed after a holiday.”
“Very easy to find, bus arrived quickly for outward and return journeys. As long as you take note or a photo so you can remember where your car is then its all smooth”
