Seems like a poor system— preferred drop off below and pick up car in a space”
“It was great jyst call them 10 mons before you arrive and someone will be there to take your keys. Waited about 5 mins all people were polite friendly I'd use again.”
“Great service so simple. Called the team once through security and bags collected, walked outside and within a couple of minutes car was delivered. This service is worth the money and takes out the hassle of parking.”
“We arrived as instructed but a member of the VIP company said I had to go on the lower floor not where we were parked. Upon phoning the office I was told that was incorrect and that colleague shouldn’t have told me that. Eventually arrived back in the same spot I had been some fifteen minutes previously caused me anxiety and later than I wanted to checkin. I’d suggest having clear signage as to where to park your vehicle and speak with other companies there not to direct your customers elsewhere!! Sadly Not the best impression”
