“My rating isn’t the best but this was due to the amount of time we had to wait for our car to be collected and then returned to us, which defeated the object of the expensive Meet & Greet service. This was on both occasions due to the crazy amount of traffic the drivers were having to negotiate for every car picked up/dropped off. Otherwise very pleasant drivers and car taken good care of.”
“Took ages to arrive after saying to ring 10 minutes before, which we did. Got charged £7 on the way out which is in the terms and conditions as not included but not clearly or a cost we expected in additional to the APH fee”
