“The service was as expected but there are a couple of points that need to be mentioned. Firstly, there was a delay in the driver reaching the airport. We followed the instructions and called for our car immediately after passing through baggage reclaim but the car wasn't returned to us for around 20 mins. Secondly, whilst I appreciate that that your T&Cs refer to us having to pay for the £7.00 drop off exit fee, but it would have been better for the driver to remind us of this so that we could be prepared for it. The driver seemed unprepared. He had left his PDA at your HQ and provided us with no info. The exit from the airport needed to be more personal.”

“Great service, with personal touch e.g heated seats and heating turned on in the car before greet as it was cold, early hours and we have children. Car was lovely and warm when we got in, the greeter told us the road to Colchester was closed and to use a different route.”
