“I use APH because they have never let me down, however I have to say this time I found their directions confusing and when arriving at Stansted my initial phone call went into an answer phone. I left a message but it was if I hadn't when I arrived at the Stansted vehicle drop off (Zone C) I had to make the call again. I have enjoyed seamless service with APH in the past but this time was more confused.”
“The signage at the airport is confusing and although verbal directions given on phone we ended up in the wrong parking areas.
On return we were not given a code to leave the pick up area and having failed to get help on the car park intercom phone we gave up and paid £7 to leave the airport. We had paid £128 for parking we would not expect to pay to exit”

All the staff were pleasent and courtous, from the phone calls, to the leaving and picking up our car.
Would highly recommend and definatly use again.
