“Great efficiency on way out but over 20 mins wait on way home at 1am with a baby and 7yr old. It was busy at the airport but I was hoping to be away quicker than we were. Overall good service and will use again but priority could be reviewed.”
“Be aware you have to pay £7 to get out of the express drop off area on top of the cost you pay. This should be rolled into the overall upfront package quoted for clarity.”
