“Kept waiting 20 mins at drop off and then on return given unclear instructions and car badly parked so hidden from view which resulted in another delay and us having to pay £25 to exit airport instead of £7. Will not use this Express Meet and Greet again - prefer the simpler meet and greet where you drop keys to office. Customer service needs some attention as staff unengaged and pretty unhelpful.”
