“This is the first time I used meet and great at Stansted, I normally use the drop off which is only 70 meters away from meet and great.
You have to ring 10 minutes prior to drop off and on return I had to wait 10 minutes after ringing. 10 minutes doesn’t sound long but I could have just walked to the collection point and got my keys. You also have to pay the exit fee with meet and great, so this is something else to complete on your return home by phone or on line. This should be included. Compared to Gatwick and other meet and greats it’s not as good.”
