“Extremely efficient process when dropping off my car at Stansted's Drop Off point in front of the main entrance. Dispite it being 4am the guy was cheerful and very friendly. But then came the issue. While on holiday I had an email to say my Credit Card had been charged with the £7 drop off fee - I have an account for the ANPR with Stansted as I regulary drop off/ pick up my partner. On contacting the helpdesk they said to speak to the team when picking up my car. Again the service was exlempary, no waiting around and a another happy guy. However within days of being home, another £7 was taken from my Card. Called again and send around in a loop; HQ saying its the local office and the local office saying its HQ. One comment did annoy me "we dont expect customers to have an account with Stansted Parking". Either way, account or not the £14 drop off fees would need to be paid and it appears they have no way of overriding this. This has now turned out to be more expensove than Stansted's own Meet & Greet which bypasses the drop off point. Could have been a 5* service if this was either made clear in on the website or conformation email.”
“Very good service 30 second walk into the terminal . On return called once through with cases and car was brought to us within 5 minutes. Would use again”
“Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to get my car off me so already had a £25 charge before my holiday. When picking up my car it was covered in sand and then another £7 charge. Not worth the money when I can get Stansted meet and greet for cheaper after all the extra charges. Guy on the drop off was amazing. Very friendly. Guy dropping off my car couldn't care less. Just took the receipt and left.”
“Everything was just great. One think I didn’t like was that u had to pay additional for entry to express set of when aph bring my car back. It was only £7 but above the original booking parking price I think it should be paid by aph .
