“I would like to complain about the service I received this morning collecting my car from stanstead airport.
Firstly I would like to say I have used the drop off and collection (meet and greet) on various occasions with no issues and regularly recommend this services to others.
I arrived at Stansted 18/4 and called at 00.35 to be told 12mins. I had to call again at 00.51 to be told they were just leaving and would be with me shortly. When the car arrives 1am 25 mins later I was told sorry logistics problem.”
“The service at Stansted is a true meet and greet experience. At other airports we have parked our car as directed and walked to the meet and greet reception to drop off our keys. The last time we struggled to find our car at stansted we was greeted outside the main terminal on arrival and the car was brought to us efficiently. My only criticism is in relation to the exit charge..... but that is the same for all airports.
