“I prepaid for parking, but when I went to exit I was told I had to pay an additional £7. This is very unfair treatment of customers. I had already paid for parking, so why should I be charged extra just to leave? This feels like a rip-off. Why wasn’t this included in the initial payment, and why was it never mentioned at the time of booking”
