“Disappointed on this occasion as when we arrived back in the UK they were only able to bring one of our two vehicles to the airport & my son was given the option to wait for our driver to deliver one vehicle then go to collect the second vehicle or to go by minibus to the car park to collect the cat. Not the service we paid for.”
“Excellent. Having phoned 9 minutes before my arrival I followed the white van to zones the passenger got out and was waiting to take my car.
On return there was a heavy frost so a small delay to the return but the driver was very apologetic.”
