“We used APH while we were away for a week. The price was very reasonable, and it was lovely to be able to leave/pick up the car literally at the door of the airport, and the drivers were very friendly, it made it much less stressful. The instructions were very clear, we'll happily use them again.”
“This was our first use of meet and greet at Stansted. We chose APH because of the exceptional service we receive at Gatwick. However, despite following the instructions to the letter, there was a delay in our car being “met”. Three telephone calls later it was finally resolved when the agent was given the correct car details (he’d been given a completely different car index number and make/model. When returned we still had to wait over 30 minutes for the car (not the promised 10-15 minutes). Not sure we’ll use this particular service again.”
“I feel obliged to leave a positive review as there have been so many negative ones left.
We pre-booked our visit, and were issued our table instantly. The service, food and drink were all great. We had a loverly time in the Escape Lounge, and overstayed our allotted time as our flight was delayed without being ushered out.
On reading the negative reviews I wonder if these people are just turning up with no pre-booking and expecting a table ? In this case it surely must be first come first served, so why leave a negative review ?
