“Having used the Stansted meet and greet where you arrive and drop your keys at the office previously, I wasn't aware that the arrival time you state is set in stone. So when I arrived later than I had put on the booking form and received a few strong words from the person on the phone I was a bit taken aback.
We then had to wait around 20 minutes for the driver to arrive, he was very helpful and videoed the car before taking it. It's a shame that they did not video it when it was returned. It looked like it had been parked in a muddy field with mud splashed up the passenger side and the drivers mat caked in mud.”
