“Was very easy service to use. I had to ring when I was 10 minutes from airport so when I arrived there was someone waiting for me. On my return I rang when cleared customs and car was delivered in about 5 minutes. Excellent service.”

Drop off was as expected .. perfect no waiting however collection( meet ) was almost half an hour waiting in the cold for the car to arrive. Most unsatisfactory. Handing back the car was fine. I will continue to use M&G in the future. Only on one other occasion was I kept waiting for the car so the 3 stars are for this occasion only. Usually most satisfied with the service but not on this occasion. It’s pain to have to pay an additional £8 or so at Stanstead which I think is unfair on the motorist who just kiss and fly or just gets collected when the car is on site for a few minutes. No alternative seems to be available.”
