“Difficult to find as not marked clearly. Just gravel car park, so no clear markings where to park. Kept waiting with others when there were two bus loads full and two empty buses standing there. They knew in advance that there were nine of us, and were not prepared for our arrival. No toilets on site like other APH sites, so all in all not great and not nearly as good as other APH sites.”
“1. Not APH, but a 3rd party. APH are just acting as booking agent for 'I Love to Park' or something 2. Gravel/stone car park so getting luggage to booking office is difficult. 3. Pick up took 40 minutes- 1 minibus taking 1 family at a time. At one point we were asked to put our 7 year old on our lap to fit other people in 4. Cars parked extremely close to each other - had to squeeze in and then drive out to allow any room for passengers to get in.
I use APH every time from Gatwick because the system is slick and proffessional. You are damaging your brand by subbing your name to a 3rd party.”
