“Efficient service, nice staff. I always use aph looking as they remain price affordable. Only issue is car park extremely dusty/ dirty. The rubble parking leaves my mats and things with a lot of dirty dust. Gravel would be cleaner.”
“Arrived around 3am, dimly lit car park with inadequate signage as to where to park when leaving your car. Rough gravel car park, when we drove through we could see customers cars crammed together, some looked like they were touching they were so close.
My husband’s car is his pride and joy so when we handed our keys in he asked if it would be moved and where to as he was a bit concerned about the parking he had seen outside. The guy behind the counter smirked and said “it will be moved yeah”. Another guy who appeared to be in charge then stepped in and explained it would be moved either within this compound or another which they have just up the road. He was much more polite but we didn’t appreciate being smirked at when we raised a concern.
Transfers to and from the car park were ok, on arrival back to the UK it was straight forward to contact them and we didn’t have to wait long for the transfer.
To be fair the car was undamaged, just filthy and loads of bird muck so must have been parked near trees or something.
I’m glad they didn’t damage the car given the way they were parking them but I wouldn’t recommend this car park- I would prefer to use somewhere like BCP where it’s a tarmac car park with more space between the cars.”
