“The staff was very professional and friendly and I was very pleased with the service provided. The only small improvement that I feel could be made is better signage as we arrived at the car park at 2am when it was very dark and drove past the car park a couple of times.”
“Difficult to find as not marked clearly. Just gravel car park, so no clear markings where to park. Kept waiting with others when there were two bus loads full and two empty buses standing there. They knew in advance that there were nine of us, and were not prepared for our arrival. No toilets on site like other APH sites, so all in all not great and not nearly as good as other APH sites.”
