“The car park offers good value, has friendly staff and provides quick, timely transfers. However, there are a few shortcomings. The car park is actually operated by I Love Meet & Greet and not APH. The car park is located in the Stansted service area, close to the Holiday Inn Express. The car park has a gravel surface, which is far from ideal for moving heavy cases from your car to the office/transfer mini-bus. My car must have been parked under a tree as the bodywork was covered in petals, necessitating a wash when I arrived home.”
“We called upon our return and was told we would wait 5 mins at zone C, we waited and waited then called again, on no paperwork were we told it was IBubble, the driver and van stood directly next to us and never said a word when we asked him he just pointed to the paintwork on the bus and grunted. not a pleasant experience I would not consider using them from our next trip from Stanstead”
