“We have been using APH Stansted for many years and have always been very satisfied.
It would help customers if the small area just in front of the waiting area and complimentary
bus ride to the terminal could be tarmacked, to make loading and unloading easier.”
“Unfortunately, instructions for location not clear so went to mid stay stansted by accident, ending up paying twice as this parking was not used. Very disappointed this was not made clearer in information.”
“We have used aph Gatwick for 35 years, and have always had excellent service. Unfortunately that can’t be said for this booking, as it isn’t aph site just a booking agent I was disappointed, we couldn’t find the site until one of the staff came into the road and directed us, no lighting on site no toilets the bus and driver were no help, walking through puddles and stones to get to van I wasn’t very happy leaving my car there which is nearly new, on starting car s fault light came up as tailgate fault which has never shown before which I still need to investigate, I certainly will not be booking this again”
