“Booked using my Tesco club card vouchers for our airport parking for our holiday. Easy to book. When we got there, staff friendly and well organised. We dropped our car off at thier lot, then they transfered us straight to the front door of departures in a matter of minutes. On return, I called them while waiting for baggage, they were waiting for us outside the front door an took us straight to thier lot where our car was stored.
Easy peasy.”
“Sadly we had bad experience. The car park was full and very tides. We park there for 3 weeks. Transport was great but sadly when we come back and live gate exhausted pump fall down and we couldn't back home .we park by BP garage and went ask them if they had any issues and if they can look what we could do i knew we wouldn't be able back home as wasn't safe and exhausted was thatching floors .they didn't want to take responsibility. We drow 3 h to that parking with no issues when we left parking was a issues. AA couldn't arrive till 9am so from 2pm we were waiting and worried with 2 kids .After 5am taxi come to take us home and bring car home later on .my friend took car to garage who said its definitely happening at parking they must somewhere catch and exhausted fall down.”

“Friendly and welcoming staff. Thoughtful drivers. On my last trip I was travelling on my own and the driver offered me the front passenger seat as there was a group sitting in the back. This is very thoughtful as I’m 75 and obviously more vulnerable than some younger people. The drivers normally load your bags into the car both when you’re going to the terminal and on the way back. Of all the car parks that I’ve used various airports APH is the one I would go to again and again.”
“Whilst the parking was good I am 100% certain I booked mystery hotel and parking and after confirming this was Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately the email confirmation received was parking only and I had not retained the initial confirmation. I only checked email the night before. Why would I have paid more for parking than the Holiday Inn charge. Customer service non sympathetic. Lesson learnt.”
