“On arrival, the transport to the airport was quick however on return we had to wait over 40 minutes with two small children under 2. We were told this was due to a high level of traffic in the pick up bays, although the mini bus came and went without us once as they couldn’f fit more than one family in due to the luggage. Due to this reason we wouldn’t book this service again.”
“It was close to the airport only 5 minutes transfer by minivan. Didn’t have to wait long when we arrived back & pickup was outside the terminal building. Friendly staff, would recommend.”
“Well...the service is good when you finally find the car park. The postcode takes you no where near the place. When we complained about this to the staff...he kinda shrugged his shoulders and said yeah it does. So we drove around for about 30 mins before we found it. The taxi drive to the airport is quick and you don't have to wait around too long for drop off or collection. So I would recommend this parking company.”

“APH Stansted is not well advertised on any signs when the sat nav takes you to the address, we had to ask another airport carpark where they were located.
Also the transfer vehicle does not have any signs of the APH logo on the vehicle so you do not know which vehicle to look out when waiting to be collected from the airport.”
