“The car park is easy to find and the minibus to the airport is quick. For the return, the phone call and minibus were quick too but there were more people than seats so some people had to wait for the next one.”
“If you're not in a hurry to get either in or out, sure it's a close car park (5min away), but far from ideal. Being that close you'd think the shuttle is quick, but they have only 2 vans to operate and somebody needed to complain they were more than 30min waiting to go to the airport and then they asked one of the people to get the 2nd van going, one would think why wasn't that already running in the first place?! No queue system, if you don't make your way into the van quickly people that just arrive will queue jump in front of you as everybody is trying to make to their flight. For that stress I'd rather pay more and stay at the airport where I know I'll be at the airport in walking distance and 5min back into my car.”
“Drop off was perfect, as was the transfer to the airport. Upon returning, it did seem to get a little muddled. The wait was a little longer than anticipated, and it was not clear if the driver knew who he was picking up. Having said that, the parking facility was close to the airport and collecting the key/vehicle collection was efficient. Would use again.”
“Good and responsive on the phones … quick transfers to and from the airport. The only problems are the site itself (a cinder car park) which makes moving heavy suitcases on wheels impossible… and cars can be parked very close together making getting into them and manoeuvring them out tricky”
