“The park & ride arrangements were straight forward. Being from further north, this was our first time at Stansted.
The instructions to find APH were simple to follow and travel both ways was quick and easy. The drivers were friendly as was the guys in the office. The vehicle we travelled in was comfortable and our own car easy to locate on return. Thanks!”
“Car park was on roughish soil, not tarmac. On arrival first thing in the morning it was busy and there was only an 8-seater mini bus shuttling to and from the airport. We had to wait 20 minutes+ and make sure we were at the front of the queue in order to get on! Could've done without the stress to be honest. No problem on the return though. Staff were efficient and friendly.”
“Getting there, parking our car and the transfer to the airport was quick and easy.
We were dropped off at Zone C, very close to departures.
On our return the driver was on time but we had a long wait for a couple of passengers.
Our return flight was 10pm therefore we were tired and just wanted to get home. We had to wait over 20 mins which I thought was unnecessary as the driver should have taken us and the other passengers already in the pick up to APH and come back for the missing couple instead of waiting so long.
The APH car park is only a 5 min drive away.
Otherwise it was a good service.”
