“Good experience, easy to locate. We weren’t told that we had to call the office when we arrived. The guy who checked us in and dropped us off when we departed just told us to meet him back in the area where he dropped us off. The guy who came told us that we had to call and he wouldn’t be able to take us back. Luckily he let us jump in the transfer as there was other people he collected otherwise we’d have had to wait around again. Other than that really good experience and would use again and recommend APH.”
“I would use again as other options are not great. But the car park has a very rough service. In the winter it’s very cold waiting for the minibus to turn up. The booking in is efficient it just feels overall very 3 stars.”
“Very efficient and close to the airport. 4 minute drive from Junction 8 of the M11.
Transfer is literally a few minutes. Drop off and collection is right outside the front and dead easy to find.
Stansted airport on the other hand is awful!!! But if you must fly from this airport, I highly recommend APH Stansted.”
“APH stansted is not APH, they are affiliated to iLove parking which only seems to use 8 seater vans so if there are 9 or more people waiting, tough. Pick up location on arrival is not signposted and not covered which means you will get wet if its raining and you are just told wait at 'zone C' which is approx 50 meters long, where exactly are you supposed to stand?, very confusing. As a frequent user of APH at Manchester, this falls well below my expectations of APH's usual excellent service at that airport.”
