“First time using and couldn’t have been better. Nice easy drop off and collection with a great little shuttle service to and from the airport. Took a lot of stress out of things.

“The system with APH Stansted works seamlessly however, the car park is all crushed type 1 hardcore which makes pulling cases really difficult. It’s so easy to damage a suitcase wheel which is a nightmare thereafter. Also when placing your suitcase even on its side on a hotel bed or when you arrive home to unpack, the wheels then dirty the bedding from day one.
Seems crazy to mention this but wait and see.
Please will APH lay tarmac so as to make the experience the same as their other car parks.”
“The service itself is amazing, staff friendly and helpful.
Facilities are not. The carpark is in mud, uneven and you need to push heavy trolleys through that. Trolleys very dirty and hard to push /drag/pull.
No toilets, or…at least not advisable…..after 2.5 hours of driving.
Because of this l won’t be parking there anymore. Otherwise the service is very good.”
“Fantastic airport parking experience! Everything was clearly marked, easy to navigate, and well organized. The shuttle arrived quickly, the driver was friendly and helpful, and drop-off at the terminal was seamless. Returning was just as easy, with no delays or confusion. This made traveling much less stressful — Excellent service.”
