“This was a very good and efficient service. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden costs (eg having to pay extra for car park entrance/exit, or drop off/pick-up). Didn't have to wait long at all for shuttle van to take us to, or collect us from the airport. Would definitely use APH again.”
“The staff at APH were very friendly and welcoming. On arrival I was able to leave the car close to reception and a nimbus was waiting to take me to the Airport straight away and only 5 minutes away! On arrival I phoned the number and a minibus arrived within 10 minutes. My car was waiting by reception and I was on my way within a couple of minutes. Excellent service - highly recommend.”
“The car park condition needs some attention. The staff were friendly on arrival.
More clarity was needed regarding offloading luggage and re parking my car. Transfer vehicle to airport was filthy inside.
On return to STN to APH Vehicle was clean and tidy however the driver was unhelpful with loading our luggage at the airport.
Compared to Manchester, overall it was poor.”
