“We have used the APH parking at Copthorne near Gatwick for years and have been very impressed. We therefore expected a similar experience at Stansted but were very disappointed. This facility is not in the same league at all.
When you drive in, it is like entering a backyard. There are no clear instructions and you have to make your way with luggage across a rough surface to a shabby office where there is very little in the way of greeting.
I last used this carpark years ago and said it was so poor that I would never use it again. In the hope that improvements would have been made since then, I gave it another chance but nothing has altered.
There is no comparison between your Gatwick and Stansted operations and I am surprised that you put your name to it.
Another example of this is that at Copthorne, your very helpful drivers load your luggage onto the bus. At Stansted, the driver watches while you struggle with cases.
I think this place needs investment and improvement!”
