“Everything went seamlessly. Arrived to a nice welcome, easy check in, and transport to the terminal all done swiftly and pleasantly. On return, called for return transfer, which was there almost at the same time we got to the meeting point for our return, and with the car waiting for us, we were on our way as soon as we picked up the keys. Nothing to complain about, and went exactly as expected. Have booked again for a trip later in the year followoing this experience.”
“Car park is very muddy and rocky. In the rain its a nightmare especially in the dark as the path is hidden by all of the cars parked and we had to drag our cases through the mud etc. Drop off was fine,really helpful friendly driver. Pick up was awful, stood in the rain for nearly 20 mins waiting to be picked up. The driver opened the back & pointed at us (myself & daughter) to put our cases on. Now, I'm not some feeble woman but he didn't even attempt to help. He got back in his seat, left us to open the side door to get in. Back at the car park, he done the same, opened the back and just left us to sort our cases out whilst he sat on the bench and had a fag. No communication whatsoever. I won't use APH stansted again.”
