“They were absolutely brilliant. The directions were very straightforward. Somebody there to welcome you explain everything and then on the return the shuttle bus was there straight away straight to the car very fast quick very pleased Would definitely use them again thank you.”

“I have used APH at Gatwick over 40+ years and have always been very satisfied with both the facility and the service provide. In addition, I have reccomended APH Gatwick to a number of friends.
When I recently booked with APH Stansted for the first time I was expecting a similar quality of facility and service.
On arrival I was disgusted by the muddy, extensively puddled car park and the dirty uncared for facilities (I didn't visit the loo). There was no vehicle damage check and fortunately there was no apparent damage to my vehicle during the stay and apparent level of security was not impressive. We had to carry our baggage to the transfer bus shelter to avoid it getting muddied. The transfer vehicle was also dirty inside and outside.
The staff however were courteous and helpful.
I am very surprised that APH would add their name to the company operating this inadequate facility.”

“This car park is fine - the staff are friendly and know what they are doing, and the transfer is efficient.
But, oh dear, the place is tatty, the parking is an uneven gravel and mud lot with puddles, unsuitable for wheeling a case or a buggy. And the minibuses are tatty inside with ancient dirty seat covers covering presumably more ancient seats. APH needs to invest some money here if it wants more stars.”
