“Easy to find, arrived in the dark and was surprised that the gate attendant was not wearing a hi-vis vest and was quite hard to see. Directed to a parking place. There are no laid out bays, just on rough ground. Check in was in a portacabin and efficiently processed. The transfer in a mini bus was immediate and a short drive to the airport, stopping opposite departures. A good explanation of the return process and pick up point was given. The return was good, a phone call to the office once collected luggage and cleared Customs and a short wait for the vehicle to arrive. The check in and return of car key was efficient. Unfortunately there had been heavy rain and the car park is unmade ground and pitted with potholes full of rainwater making it impossible to wheel the cases to the car. So paddling around the potholes in the dark to the car, I collected the luggage (and wife)near to the exit. Hopefully on day, APH will invest in a decent surface at Stansted. I would be cautious of parking at this location if you have a low vehicle due to the uneven ground and potholes. The service is only let down by the condition of the car park.”

However, on return to airport we were looking for an APH bus.. bright orange logo nowhere to be seen....
Turns out to be a black bus with very little APH bus logo visible. Confusing!!! And we lost half an hour waiting for a bus that had allready been!!”
