“Staff at APH Stansted were so helpful - I had managed to book the wrong date for my return to Stansted but the staff told me not to worry and they collected my car from the compound and brought it to the collection point for me. Thank you so much”
“This must be the worst airport parking I've ever encountered. Difficult to find and on entering in the dark just left the car in a sea of cars obviously to be re-parked. Alighted onto very rough potholed surface in the rain barely tarmaced so impossible to wheel a heavy suitcase. Reception to drop off keys in tatty portacabin, no facilities after a long drive, was told that a toilet was available in a portaloo but advised not to use as disgusting!”
