“This car park is fine - the staff are friendly and know what they are doing, and the transfer is efficient.
But, oh dear, the place is tatty, the parking is an uneven gravel and mud lot with puddles, unsuitable for wheeling a case or a buggy. And the minibuses are tatty inside with ancient dirty seat covers covering presumably more ancient seats. APH needs to invest some money here if it wants more stars.”
“Absolutely outstanding these bunch of staff! Delays on coming home, and came back to a blown out tyre. All so helpful. One gent even stayed on an hour and a half after his shift finished to help us change the wheel. Honestly so appreciative of all the staff here! And couldn’t recommend them all enough!! Thank you so much to you all.”
“Car was looked after well. Clean and warm shuttle bus that was ready for us as we stepped out of the airport, our car was waiting for us at back at the car park.
Do expect an uneven road surface in the car park.”
“Very efficient service which felt quicker than using the airport's mid-stay parking.
Turning up at three thirty in the morning to a gloomy car park (but what can they do about the rain and the tone of day, right?), I didn't quite know what to expect, but very quickly someone pointed out where I should park. Within minutes we were on a bus to the airport which is only 5 minutes away.
Return was simple too. I called the number. Within 10 minutes someone was there to pick us up.
Would use again.”
