“The service when we both dropped the car off and were collected from the airport was great. However the car park is extremely muddy which wasn’t ideal when taking cases out the car and having to walk through it, also when we picked the car up the floor of the car was muddy where the drivers had been in and out of the car. The service was quick and efficient but the state of the car park could be improved hugely.”
“Please fill in the pot holes at the end of your car park. For the last 2 years you have parked my car at the end of the ground and coming home to Standsted in the dark and then trying to find our car and drive our through massive holes is very difficult.”
“The whole process was straight-forward and efficient. I would just say that the quality of the car park could be better. As it was wet, there were a lot of potholes full of water which made getting about without getting wet challenging. But overall very good, I would recommend.”
