“Whilst your staff were friendly and helpful, and your mini bus transfer was prompt the state of my car when I collected it was completely unacceptable. There was mud splattered across the door sill, the mat, and the centre console. Quite how the car could have got that dirty when all you did was park it is quite incomprehensible. I appreciate we've had a lot of wet weather recently and your car park might be very wet and perhaps some mud might have been unavoidable, however, this was excessive. The driver would certainly have known what he had done so couldn't you have exercised a degree of customer care and at least tried to have cleaned it? We’re pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly and the transfer service prompt, however we’re very sorry to read about the condition of your vehicle on collection. This is certainly not the standard of care we expect, and we completely understand your frustration — especially if the interior was left excessively dirty.
While wet weather can make conditions challenging, we would always expect reasonable care to be taken when moving and parking vehicles. Your comments are concerning, and we would like the opportunity to investigate this further with the site team.

Do expect your vehicle to be moved whilst you are away so they can have it readily available on collection.
