“Reqlly easy to find, helpful staff. Drive in, park car, hand in keys and get on the shuttlr bus. Car is charged when you return. Saved me so much time and didnt have to worry about charging car. Safe and secure car park. Would defintely use again! :-)”
“Very efficient both on arrival and returning from holiday.on arrival left the charging cable with reception there was approx 35/40% in the battery on return fully charged and charging cable in the car.”
“The system they have in place is efficient and convenient. However, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I dropped my car off, the lady at the reception hardly spoke just asked for the keys very abruptly without explaining anything. I had to make sure the car was going to be charged, and only at this point, she asked me if I had given the cable to the person outside (as if I knew what I had to do and wasn't her job to explain). I went back outside to give the cable and the person outside informed she needed to provide me a tag and so I had to go back in and ask her for the tag.
On our way back, there were three men at the reception deeply involved in their own conversation which I had to interrupt to wish them good morning and mention I was there to collect my car (in case they thought I was standing there with my suitcases and my family for something else). One of them gave me the keys and mumbled some form of very quick direction of where my car was.”
